- Contributed articles and images to the company intranet in collaboration with an external agency
- Wrote corporate statements on a variety of topics and consulted the legal and regulatory departments
- Coordinated and facilitated an intern focus group and provided results that were used to improve internship program
- Researched and reported on industry and consumer concern trends to provide direction for future external communications
- Launched communications surround Thrive Rides, an employee bicycle sharing program
