Through this influencer outreach, IFF set out to cultivate 50 health and wellness and foodie influencer brand messengers by the end of FY18. To achieve this objective, IFF wanted its audience to:
- KNOW: Increase the number of health and wellness professionals and foodie influencers who view farmers as a resource for information about food
- THINK: Increase the number of health and wellness professionals and foodie influencers who have a positive perception of Illinois farmers and agriculture
- FEEL: Increase the number of health and wellness professionals and foodie influencers who have confidence in Illinois farming practices through ongoing conversations with farmers
- DO: Share their experiences with their patients, clients and followers
